How Are We Different From Other Clubs?Speechcrafters welcomes both beginning and advanced speakers. We place equal emphasis on developing communication and leadership skills. At our meetings, we use video equipment to tape member presentations; practicing through video is one of the best ways to improve. Our club strives to provide extra feedback through its unique Round Robin evaluation program. Because our club is very active in the Puget Sound District, we work with members to gain additional speaking opportunities outside the club and to practice speaking in different settings, (open auditorium, outdoors, etc…). We also have a computer projector for people who want to polish their Powerpoint and presentation skills. Finally, we provide assistance in developing leadership skills through opportunities to lead Toastmaster projects within the Puget Sound District. If you are serious about improving your communication and leadership skills, and want to have fun in the process, this is the club for you! Back to Top
